Venator Recruitment is delighted to be working with our client, a well established and rapidly expanding organisation based in Christchurch, Dorset, who is looking for 2 experienced Financial Controllers to join their team.

Reporting to the Financial Director, each Financial Controller will have a group of businesses that they are responsible for as well as managing a team.

Responsibilities include both financial reporting and management accounting as well as business performance analysis.

Based in Christchurch, Dorset, the ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent and have experience working within the leisure industry. You must also possess leadership qualities and act as a role model to your team and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
