Partnerships & Business Development Manager (Commercial/ B2C)

Job Description

I am looking for a talented and experienced Partnerships & Business Development Manager (Commercial/ B2C/ Marketing) to join my client, a market leading and fast growing lifestyle brand based in Central London.

This is a key role which will be instrumental in the growth and efficiency of the UK business. The role
would suit a confident multi-tasker who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and keen
to be involved with every part of a rapidly changing and growing business.

The role is based in Central London and reports to the Online Acquisition Manager but will also
require working closely with other teams in the US, UK, and Australia.

Essential Functions:
To form new working relationships with leading consumer brands in the media, ecommerce,
payment, hospitality and other sectors
To identify and lead on the development of new revenue streams through partnerships,
identifying new opportunities, developing and pitching new proposals, and ensuring
successful implementation
Liaise with internal teams across Affiliates, Mobile, SEO, PR, Product, Social, Content, BI and
Marketing Ops to ensure a holistic acquisition strategy, fully integrated and in line with
brand positioning
Research and find new brands to partner with. Build relationships with brand partners and
pitch the brand confidently.
Share learnings and best practice with the UK & International teams


Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven, successful track record in setting-up new partnerships, in either a client-side or
agency based role.
Experience managing a partnership deal from start to finish - finding, winning and signing
deals with brand partners
KPI is to deliver the full & successful implementation of a partnership, which will be
measured in new customer acquisition impacts
Deep knowledge of how to work with brands to deliver successful, mutually beneficial, long-
term partnerships
Knowledge of B2C customer acquisition in an ecommerce environment is essential as the
business is extremely customer-focused
Experience in bringing a brand to a new market working across UK, Ireland and Europe
A team player, with an open and affable demeanour, who feels comfortable working
autonomously in a small team
An excellent communicator and 1st class presenter with experience reporting on
Partnerships ROI on a regular basis, at various levels of the organisation
University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
